The angel is using toms face as an advertising column to paste its missing ad.
That really bizarre.

Mark and Damien are Tom's shoulder angel and devil, so naturally they work on Tom's shoulder. Mark and Damien like to mess around with eachother like friend's do (previous comics as, Hoop Dreams, The Halo) And the posters are placed on Tom's face which is their human. This one may be hard to get if you didn't know the others and the story. This one is kinda for the followers :)

But in the end it's just a simple gag about stealing your friend's slippers

Out of whos ears is the angel getting what? On whose face is he printing the missing ad?
