We were due to go to Japan this April and because of the tragic events we were unable to do that. This was originally drawn for a forthcoming anthology 'Spirit of Hope'. The press issue for this was released the day before yesterday. My name wasn't on the list of contributors. I contacted the publisher who said that withheld the strip as they wanted to put it out on there digital version. They hadn't informed me at any stage that they were going to do this. I have decided not to let them publish it online. Instead you good people can see it here

Thank you very much for your kind words. The story is 100% true and was originally drawn for an anthology called 'Spirit of Hope' back in 2011. They chose to reject the strip after initially telling me they liked it and they didn't have the courtesy to tell me they weren't going to use it - I think Toons Up is a much better home for the strip
