Yes, this water dragon looks really compelling - except the fold. Maby this is just a little bit too big.
But all in all a very nice creature design. Thanks for posting it smile.gif

You could do animation with flash for instance. But I dont know how to use this programm myselfe. Or you just do animated gif's. You can upload these directly to this plattform.

Animated gif's can be done with photoshop for instance.

Your dragon looks very good - I'd like to see him swiming!
Just the fold in his wings looks strange - there shouldn't be any.
