Here is the introductions of Floyd Ratfine, whose name sounds a little like that of the CEO of Goldman Sachs. As this cartoon was drawn around the time of the BP oil spill off the Louisiana coast, so elements of disaster from that disaster were intertwined with the disaster of collateralized debt obligations. CDO's are of course what brought down the world economy even though most of haven't even the slightest idea of what these are. Goldman Sachs had something to do with THAT disaster, becoming the BP of the Financial sea, if you will. On with the tale...
