Ok, so I would make uneven panels that keep the aspect ratio of the original form of a panel as it was, instead of fitting them into square tiles. This way you lose that squashed impression of the drawing in a panel. It makes the text hard to read and gives you a strange impression when you look at it. Also, the magenta backdrop of the text bubbles makes the black font hard to read. Maybe make it a bit lighter, adding more white.
Each panel I draw on an individual page. I use manga studios. When I submit it on webtoons I have decrease the cut it to their standard size. When I post it on hear I just put all the panels on a single page. And submit
Another silly episode, very good! I'd recommend cropping the drawings instead of distorting them to fit in your panel scheme. Most of the faces and even the text looks squashed and it's a bit hard to read that way.
