Somehow the uploaded images appear brighter, if you let the system downscale it (checkbox on the upload page with "800x 800 px" automatic downscaling). Maybe it helps to uncheck this box and scale it beforehand. With crisp comics like that, you always get enthusiastic responses! :)
Thanks everybody! You've really made me feel welcome!
I don't know why some of the pages are grey. I haven't had that problem before. I'll look into it. In the meantime, check out the rest of this story here: http://stevelec.vip.warped.com/comics-frame.html
And the ongoing second story, here: http://stevelec.vip.warped.com/comics2-frame.html
Welcome to toonsup, stevelec! My my ... if that isn't one smashing way to start your membership on this site! That comic is outstanding!! I assume your work is selling fairly well, too. You may just colourise that and it could start off to get into the league of top-comics such as "Gaston". Great work! I hope there's yet more to come!
PS.: I removed the restriction (if the other trusted users/admins don't disagree, wink! wink!). It doesn't show extreme graphic images (e.g. sex scenes), but merely dialogue that one can classify as "harmless". That way, more users or visitors at toonsup.com can view it.

What I'm wondering about is the fact, that the black'n'white contrast of some pages seems to mutatate somehow. A mistake?
