One of these days, Java, we'll get to visit Germany. Emma is really enjoying the tour - I think she has a good rapport with the audiences, and her CD seems to be selling well.The other acts are all excellent - very high quality performers.
If you do get to visit Ireland, make sure you let me know. It would be great to sit down and chat for a while.

Ah, I would have loved to see the gig in Germering, but I have been playing the fiddle myself that weekend, around 300 km to the west of Munich. I hope you daughter is enjoying the Irish Folk Festival tour. Some friends of mine are currently studying uilleann pipes and fiddle at the IWA. If I manage to visit them over the next couple of months, I'll let you know, for sure. It would be fabulous to meet you in person some day!
