- Honig und Zucker nach Bedarf (Gärstart 4 kg Honig)
- 6 bis 8 l naturtrüber Apfelsaft
- 6-8 zerriebene Äpfel (mit Schale aber ohne Kerngehäuse)
- 10 ml Antigel
- 8 g Hefenährsalz
- 2 g Tannin
- Milchsäure und Zitronensäure nach Bedarf
- Kaliumpyrosulfit
- Vitamin C
- destilliertes Wasser
- 10 ml 15%iges Kieselsol
- bei starker Trübung durch den Apfel noch 1 g Gelatine
