I understood THAT but thought it wasn't the actual joke. I thought it must have had something to do with the apple being a big head or something.

Ron: A Head rush is when you stand up too quickly and you feel light headed and dizzy and immediately need to sit back down. A Cage fighter is usually someone in top physical condition and can do anything athletic at high capacity, so a head rush would be the silliest thing for a fighter to get and probably hasn't experienced one since he was 11!
