tragic flaw - unemployment

on application forms here, if you can identify yourself of aboriginal decent, being handicapped, or female, and you may stand a better chance at getting hired...in the north of our province, any mining, or lumber industry...or any industry for that matter usually has at least a 60% native hiring policy, meaning that 60% of their employees should be of native canadian decent. and we are in sort of an economic upturn here right now, so our unemployment rate is only about 5% or so i believe...so this cartoon is sort of a joke about being out of work and being an average white guy who has nothing to claim except being able to work.
