It's much easier to read when you upload several pictures at a time - we're not deviantart ;).

You can upload multiple pages at a time. This feature is especially good for comics - you can upload the entire comic in one piece!
Uploading single pages doesn't make much sense, as you don't get the story at all. You won't get splendid ratings either since it might confuse people.
I haven't rated your stuff yet, 'cause it's hard to say how good the comic is - it's merely two pages by now.
Word of advice: Present us the entire comic! ;)
