Ah, the joke is so poor that it needs to be explained ;_;

In FFVII, Sephiroth summoned METEOR to have it partially destroy the planet and blah blah blah, this was somehow supposed to turn him into a god.

In the comic, Cloud points out that this isn't how meteors work. Cut to the characters, which are actually dinosaurs... the implication being that dinosaurs were eradicated from the earth because a dinosaur Sephiroth summoned METEOR...

...yeah, I know it's lame, I apologize -_-
