I must've done something right the first time with the earlier mural, because I was called back a year later to do something with a disused bike shelter at the back of the school.
We opted for "Ireland through the ages" as a theme, and again I drafted the roughs in black outline and let the kids do the colour under my supervision. And, again, I did search and rescue work for a few days afterwards to pull the whole thing into shape.

The last picture features the first Irish female astronaut in front of the space shuttle "Celtic Tiger". :) Can you believe it?

I hope no idiot is going to spray grafity on your work of art!
How did you do the outlines? Did you enlarged scribbles through a projector? Or did you just draw them in large skale!?!

I have to say, though, that even though the kids are great to work with, some of them had very individual and eccentric views on colour and what constituted a line.
