MoreHorst ist ein gut abgelagertes Stück Humorholz, der seinen Cartoon-Höhepunkt Ende der 80er - Anfang der 90er Jahre beim BULLS-Pressedienst hatte. Das "Zuchtprogramm" eine Fangemeinde um diesen neuen Charakter zu schaaren hatte sich aber nicht durchsetzen können. Gegenüber sprechenden Hunden, Lasagne essenden Katern und unmengen an Serien über Kinder und Teenager auf dem Weg die Frage allen Seins zu ergründen war die Zeit für einen Baum, dessen einziges Ziel es ist seine Ruhe zu haben und irgendwann mal einen "Elvis-look-alike-Contest" gewinnen zu wollen nicht gekommen.
2005 hab ich mir die alten Cartoons mal wieder angesehen und fand fast alles mieserabel bis auf Horst, der mich motivierte wieder mit dem Cartoonzeichnen anzufangen resp. weiterzumachen.
Diese Galerie ist ein kleiner Auszug der neuen Horst-Cartoons zwischen 2005 - 2009 und dient auch meiner Motivation, aufgrund der netten Resonazen auf diesen Charakter in das Vortsetzen dieser Serie wieder regelmäßig Zeit zu investieren und ab und an die Serie hier vortzusetzen.
