Yeah, wenn ich mit der Atemschutzmaske sprühe, weiss ich wie sich Darth Vader gefühlt haben muss.
Im Ernst: Das Teil ist beinahe schon überlebenswichtig, ein Graffiti-Kollege klagt schon über Atembeschwerden, weil er's immer "ohne" macht.

Leider sehen das einige meiner Kunstdozenten nicht so, da heißt es dann immer: "Zu illustrativ, zu gegenständlich, blablabla..."

P.S.:Was die Kappe angeht, ich besitze mehrere davon und wollte das mal etwas übertrieben zeichnen, weils schon fast sowas wie mein Markenzeichen ist!

Das stimmt. Zumal Modelle selten stillhalten, was manchmal echt enervierend sein kann.
Dank verschiedenen Kunstgeschichtsseminaren beschäftige ich mich seit Neustem auch mit Ornamentik, was ich hier habe einfließen lassen. Und den Comic-und Graffitistuff natürlich auch....

Selbstporträts sind halt ne gute Übung, wenn kein williges Modell zur Stelle ist.
Mir gefällt hier vor allem diese Mischung aus mittelalterlichem Buchanfang und Graffittistil.
...Und wie Du die Farben eingesetzt hast. Stark eben!

Ich danke sehr! Bin ja sonst nicht so der Fan von Selbstportraits, aber hier hatte ich einfach Bock drauf. Und ich wollte auch keines dieser Standard-Selbstportaits zeichnen, wie wir das z.B. in der Uni immer machen sollen.....
