stimmungsbild...
ich hab seit tagen unerträgliche nacken- und rückenschmerzen. aber eigentlich geht alles vom nacken aus. ich weiß nich warum; es begann glaub ich nachdem ich dieses monstermauzibild zeichnete...
aber es fühlt sich an wie damals als ich beim handstand unsanft auf dem nacken landete und ne ganze weile bewegungsunfähig war (arme waren lahmgelegt...)
jetzt kommen die schmerzen erneut. und neben dem ziehen und ziepen fühlt es sich auch noch an, als würde ständig blut meinen rücken runterlaufen...
ok...ich will keinen vergraulen aber weiß jemand rat? ich sollte wohl zum arzt...
ich hoff es is nich was ernstes...ich halts nich aus. jedesmal behindert mich etwas...

hoff es is ok sowas hier zu posten; wollt nur sagen was los is, und dass ich die nächsten tage kaum bis garnich online kommen werde. und wenn, dann geb ich mir mühe alle bilder anzuschauen und einige zu kommentieren...

ps: das aufm nacken/rücken soll ein dinkelkissen sein. das und schmerzmittel sind das einzige, das hilft... ich habs auch paarmal mit liegestützen versucht aber nix half...

Ich war schon lange nicht mehr online und hab erst jetzt gelesen das es dir nicht gut geht Ich hoffe du warst nun schon beim Arzt und es geht dir besser?
Das Bild ist sehr gut geworden, drückt gut aus wie du dich gerade fühlst.
Paul hat Recht, könnte natrülch auch Psychisch bedingt sein. Aber wie gesagt am besten mal zum Arzt gehen.
Ich wünsch dir eine gute Besserung auch wenns spät kommt.

Du hast mein Mitleid aber.. geh besser zum Arzt das hättest besser gleich machen sollen.
So jetzt erst mal zum Bild, hast die Stimmung echt gut rübergebracht, sieht richtig hilflos aus der kleine Krümel. Die Idee mit dem Herz ist gut und lockert das Gesammtbild wieder etwas auf, grade durch die
Farbigkeit. Das einzige was ich jetzt zu kritisieren hätte wären die Glanzpunkte im strubbeligen Fell,
die wirken etwas verlohren aber ansonsten, gute Besserung!

Kommt drauf an, kann auch psychosomatisch sein (soll heißen, vielleicht geht's dir grad nicht besonders gut). Der Körper spiegelt die Psyche wieder - manchmal der Fall, besonders bei Verspannungen und Schmerzen in Nacken oder Schultern. Sport is'n guter Rat

Vielleicht ist da etwas mit den Nerven, spürst du so ein brennen, ziehen, stechen? Manchmal kann auch Taupheitsgefühl kommen. Geh am besten zu einen guten Chiropraktiker oder lass dich massieren.
