Very nice drawing!
Especially the coloring. And as Made already wrote below, it'd really be very helpful to separate the different layers, e.g. by blurring the ground in photoshop.

jetzt mal was ganz anderes von Dir. Da sieht man, dass Du auch richtig gut zeichnen kannst
Als Verbesserungsvorschlag würde ich sehen, die verschiedenen Ebenen etwas deutlicher voneinander abzuheben. Ich habe eine Weile gebraucht um zu erkennen, was alles mit Hilfe des Zeppelins in der Luft schwebt und was darunter auf der Erde gebaut ist.
Eine Mögichkeit ist es die Außenränder der Ebene die näher am Betrachter ist deutlich dicker zu machen als die der Objekte in der Ferne. Außerdem setze ich oft auch einen Rand um die vordere Ebene, in dem die Linien der Hintergrundobjekte sozusagen unterbrochen werden.
Ansonsten aber ein sehr schönes Stommungvolles und irgendwie friedliches Bild
