Dogtaris Daily Cartoon mit Bruno, dem treuesten Hund von allen
Hallo Freunde,
wie immer ist Freitag Yoga Zeit. Ich übergebe an meine Co -Autorin Heike.

Brunos feuchte Nase am nackten Fuß hätte auch mich aus dem Gleichgewicht gebracht!
So ist aus dem Baum ein Bäumchen geworden. Vriksasana, der Baum, strebt mit seinen Ästen zum Himmel.
Du kannst es in der nächsten Asana nachholen- bleibe ganz bei dir und lasse dich nicht von Bruno entwurzeln.
Bruno du solltest deine Aufgabe als Übungsassistent ernst nehmen und dich nicht immer von deinen Trieben leiten lassen. (Ja-Ja- nichts geht über eine konstruktive Kritik!)
Während Dogtari sich nun auf die Stellung der Kraft, auch der Stuhl genannt, vorbereitet kannst du dir schon mal überlegen, wie du deinen Schüler am besten unterstützt.
Die Stellung wird Dogtari neue Power in seinen Körper bringen- also Achtung Bruno-jetzt wird`s ernst.
Stelle dich aufrecht hin, die Füße parallel nebeneinander- hebe deine Arme über den Kopf und lege deine Handflächen aneinander- die Schultern bleiben gesenkt.
Dein Becken senkt sich nach hinten und unten, als würdest du dich auf einen imaginären Stuhl setzen. Richte deinen Rumpf auf und strebe mit deinen Fingerspitzen zum Himmel. Deine Füße und Unterschenkel bleiben parallel. Atme tief und ruhig und verweile ein wenig in dieser Position.
Um die Übung zu beenden, senke deine Arme und strecke deine Beine.
Nein Dogtari- du mußt nicht bis zum nächsten Freitag in dieser Position bleiben!
