Hallo Freunde,
Freitag ist wie immer Yoga Zeit. Ich übergebe an meine Co-Autorin Heike:

Na Bruno- da hast du dich ja selbst übertroffen - zumindest intellektuell.
Beim Yoga geht es darum, die Gedanken zu beruhigen und sie bewußt zu lenken. In der Meditation ist idealer Weise der "Kopf " frei von allen Gedanken und dein Intellekt macht eine Pause.
Mit Yoga kannst du deinen Körper und deinen Geist trainieren. Stelle dir eine Kutsche vor, die von fünf Pferden gezogen wird. Die Kutsche ist dein Körper und der Fahrgast, der in der Kutsche sitzt, das ist deine Seele. Der Kutscher, der den Wagen lenkt, das ist dein Verstand. Die fünf Pferde, die die Kutsche ziehen sind deine Sinnesorgane und das Pferdegeschirr, mit dem der Kutscher seine Tiere lenkt, das ist Yoga.
Yoga hilft dir, deine Sinne, deinen Körper, deinen Verstand und deine Seele auf den richtigen Weg zu bringen. Es hilft dir, deine "Pferdchen" zu zügeln.
Sicherlich kennst du doch das Sprichwort, die Pferde sind mal wieder mit mir durchgegangen. Ich glaube, dass muß ich Bruno nicht näher erklären!
