@ Kringe: Wir essen halt bloß gerne Calamari, das war uns nur vorher einfach nicht so bewusst. Habe im Radio aber gehört, dass in Deutschland heute tatsächlich überproportional häufig Kopffüßer auf der Speisekarte standen. Könnte an deiner Vermutung also was dran sein...

Calamari mit Zitronengresse. Dazu Rosmarinkartoffeln, gebraten und einer leichten Honigglasur, und einen Borgunder aus den Franken.
