Amerikanische Traumstrandidylle
Schon komisch.... da laufen Millionen Liter giftiges Rohöl ins Meer und versaut auf Jahrzehnte die Lebensgrundlage vieler Menschen und Tiere und was is jetzt? Kaum ist das Loch angeblich gestopft interessiert es keine Sau mehr. Niemand demonstriert gegen die riskante Ausbeutung der Ressourcen durch kapitalorientierter Großkonzerne. Aber wir sind ja selbst schuld. Für Billigflüge zu Urlaubszielen auf der ganzen Welt, sinnfreies Autofahren und Lebensmittel zu Schleuderpreisen nehmen wir solche Sachen zunächst mit Entsetzen aber schließlich doch mit ohnmächtiger Gleichgültigkeit hin.

So ist der Mensch
Immerhin hat es die Ölpest geschafft, eine Zeit lang Aufmerksamkeit auf sich zu ziehen... das ist schon eine ganze Menge, wenn man so sieht, welche Themen gerade mal als Randnotiz erwähnt werden
Und wenn die Leute dann auch noch über ein Thema nachdenken müssten, fällt es ganz unter den Tisch.

Sehr gut. Ist wohl wahr: die Katastrophen haben mehr und mehr Event-Charakter.
Die Sprechblasen des Mannes hätte ich vielleicht weggelassen.

Klasse gezeichnet und coloriert. Was mir sehr gut gefällt, ist der Widerspruch zwischen den naiven Urlaubern und der schwarzen Öllache drumherum. Kommt sehr gut 'rüber!
